Miranda Cosgrove signing for MILLION$!

She is only 16 and headlines a kids cable series, but Miranda Cosgrove now boasts a paycheck that could rival that of many established broadcast sitcom actors.

Cosgrove, star of Nickelodeon's flagship comedy "iCarly," has inked a new pact with the network that's said to be in the low- to mid-seven-figure range. Under it, she will continue on the show for the 26 additional episodes the cable network picked up late last year.

Production on those episodes, which will bring the total order for "iCarly" to 96, is slated to begin in the spring.

The pact underscores the star power of such youthful actors as Cosgrove, "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus and the "High School Musical" gang, whose influence reaches beyond the small screen into music, pop culture and, significantly, merchandising.

Despite her age, Cosgrove is a Nick veteran, having started on the channel at age 9 on "Drake & Josh," another series from "iCarly" creator Dan Schneider.

"ICarly" is Nick's top-rated live-action series in all key kids demos, and the "iSaved Your Life" special, which drew 12.4 million viewers, ranks as the network's highest-rated and most-watched live-action telecast ever.

We all know that Miley Cyrus is dating Liam Hemsworth, her costar in The Last Song film, but how serious is this relationship?

Well, Miley has already met his parents. Mom and dad Hemsworth were introduced to their son's girlfriend on a recent trip to Australia. And Liam shared his parents' reaction to the visit: "Yeah, they loved her." He continued saying, "It was really cool to show Miley where I'm from and how I grew up, and it's a completely different world to where she's from. We don't have shopping centers or traffic lights or anything like that, where I live at least."

And Miley dished something about the paps, "It was awesome, I really like Australia, the media's really cool there, too. Even though there's paparazzi, they kind of stay their distance; it was kind of like Nashville by the sea actually, the town he's from."

The big idea is we’re spending the summer away in Los Angeles and exploring what this city has to offer. It’s going to be pretty cool, new characters, new storylines.. so many different things are going to happen with it.

Will there be new music this season? There will be new songs, some we wrote, others we didn’t. What kind of storylines? This season is a lot more grown up than it was last season. You can only fake an age for so long! [Laughs] I can tell you this much, the entire season is an arc with a beginning, middle and end, which is nice. Stella and Joe romance? I won’t give it away, but something very interesting is going to happen with that whole situation. It’s pretty cool!

Macy and Kevin romance? I’m not able to say, but she’s definitely a big part of this next season and I think fans will connect with her on a further level. Any downsides to working with your brothers? It’s always a positive. Sometimes you need your space, but we know how to give it to each other and that’s really important. And now that I’m married and not living at home, it’s cool to come to set and see my brothers.

How is newlywed life? It’s great, it’s a lot of fun, we’re having a blast! It’s amazing to be with your best friend every single day of your life, you know? Are you having kids? I think we’re going to be enjoying each other’s company for a little while, but definitely, we both want kids in the future.

Miley Cyrus: 'I hate being Hannah Montana'

Miley Cyrus can't wait to finally say farewell to Hannah Montana.

Disney starlet recently dished Parade magazine, "What I am sure about is I'm going to rejoice and be happy to finally not have to be ... well, to not be somebody I'm not exactly."

She continued, "As I've grown into it, I've grown out of it. When I was 12, I thought, 'I want to be famous all the time! I want everybody to recognize me!'".

But now here reallity is different, the 17-year-old singer said that she has "to grit my teeth" when she is forced to wear sparkly dresses and pink live colored costumes of her TV show character.

She also shared an experience about her nuisance of being Hannah Montana, "A friend came by the set one day and said, 'You don't look very happy.' I said, 'I'm feeling claustrophobic in all these frills."

She hopes that distancing herself from Disney Corporation will change people's perceptions of her. "I hate being thought of as a product. "I am not a doll, and people want to treat me that way... I'm older now. I have an opinion. I have my own taste."

Lady GaGa: 'I believe in visions'

Lady Gaga called Ryan’s radio show Monday to talk about the massive debut of her “Telephone” video and the progress of her world tour.

On developing an artistic vision for “Telephone”:

“I really believe in the power of visuals and sometimes visions come to me and I know I have to do them. It doesn’t really matter if it makes sense or if it doesn’t make sense. By the end of the video, it became so much more as we explored each scene it became about transsexual women and it became about making fun of American hallmarks like soda cans and cigarettes and mayonnaise and bread.”

She trusted me because she likes my work she knew that I love her and it’s a mutual respect. It ended up being a masterpiece because she was so courageous, but I’m sure you can imagine it’s a bit daunting sometimes.”

It was really, really fun and it was a big moment for me. It's one of those perks. I've always really been into the show, and they added a couple different cameos with all different types of people. And they asked me to do one, which was a super big ... honor. Hannah Montana alter ego also dished that she doesn't like to be exposed, “I don't think you will believe this. I just live under my own little rock. I don't really read things or get out often.
