He doesn't look like Justin Bieber because he isn't! I recently read a magazine that stated (In Cody's words):I'm not who you think I am! the summary of it is that Cody is different than Justin. Cody has blonde hair, he has a (adorable) aussie accent, and therefore isn't Justin.
Cody just wants to be himself
