Miley Cyrus meet and greet with Queen Elizabeth!

Miley Ray Cyrus just met Britain's Queen Elizabeth in Blackpool, England on December 7th.

This was becacuse of Britain's Royal Variety Performance which congregates some artists to perform for the Queen and her husband.
